b. Physical Deliverables (if applicable)
- If physical materials are provided, shipping timelines, methods, and costs will be determined solely at the discretion of BrandVista Consulting.
- BrandVista Consulting is not liable for any delays or damages to the consignment caused by third-party shipping providers.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. General Policy
- All service agreements, bookings, and project commitments are final and non-cancellable once confirmed.
- Cancellation requests will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances and at the sole discretion of BrandVista Consulting.
b. Event or Workshop Bookings
- Once confirmed, event or workshop bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Changes to bookings may be permitted solely at our discretion and may incur additional fees.
3. Refund Policy
a. No Refunds Policy
- Payments made for services, projects, or events are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, changes in client requirements, or delays caused by the client.
b. Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds may only be issued at the sole discretion of BrandVista Consulting in cases where we are unable to deliver services due to factors solely attributable to us. In such cases, the refund amount will be determined by us and will exclude all costs incurred up to that point.
c. Advance Payments
- All advance payments, retainers, or deposits are strictly non-refundable.
